Since the1990s, knowledge economy and information technology has developed, and the globalization competition has sped up uncreasingly, the organization and environment is having the deep transformation, the tendency of non-boundary’s career strengthens uncreasingly. In the absence of non-boundary’s career, realizing the importance of the self-efficacy, the perceived organizational support is an important power to achieve an individual career success, is also new direction of organizing the human resources development and the management. According to previous studies, under Chinese social background, this research uses the quantizing research method to study career success, from the internal factor—self-efficacy and the external factor—the perceived organizational support, simultaneously discusses the regulating function of Leader-Member Exchange. The process of this research:firstly, this paper compares different the self-efficacy, the perceived organizational support, the Leader-Member Exchange and career success theories and methods so as to make preparation for future researches; then this paper stablishes the research frame and shypotheses basing on the results got in the formor chapters. About the design of questionnaire, this study adopted mature scales, and modified these scales after discuss. Respondents were the general enterprise employees, collected effective questionnaires were263. Then this article analyzed collected data through reliability analysis, factor analysis, related analysis, variance analysis and regression analysis, etc. Finally, based on the study conclusions, this article analyzed the effect of conclusions on the actual management and employees’ own career development, and put forward the deficiency of the paper, also looked into the future research space. The main research conclusions as fallows:(l)Self-efficacy and career success have a remarkable relation, the self-efficacy and career satisfaction have a remarkabely positive relation, the self-efficacy and career competitiveness have a remarkabely positive relation.(2)The perceived organizational support and career success have a remarkable relation, work support has positively related to career satisfaction and career competitiveness, employee value identity has positively related to career satisfaction and career competitiveness, concerned about interest has positively related to career satisfaction and career competitiveness.(3)Leader-Member Exchange plays a significant regulating function between self-efficacy and career success. Quanlity of Leader-Member Exchange is higer, more significant impact on the career success.(4)Leader-Member Exchange plays a significant regulating function between The perceived organizational support and career success. Quanlity of Leader-Member Exchange is higer, more significant impact on the career success.
