In recent years, the emphasis on innovation is rising in China, as well as the main prominent innovation position of enterprises. Meanwhile, the investment in research and development of innovative products from the state and enterprises presented sustained high growth trends. Rapid release of high satisfied innovation products is not only related to the corporate profit gains and market competitiveness, but also related to the development of the industry as a whole, or even the upgrading of the country’s economic strength.However, compared with fast-growing innovation funds, the failure rate of innovative products remains high unfortunately. Low management effectiveness of innovative makes concern. Lack of effective management, which leads to poor output efficiency, has become the main problem in innovative product management. On the other hand, both theoretical management system and operation mechanism of innovative product are far from perfect caused by late domestic research process. Therefore, the establishment of an effective management mechanism becomes an urgent study subject.On the occasion of the context, this paper creatively proposes a dynamic management mechanism of innovative products based on customer satisfaction degree by combining the existing research results of the two research areas both on customer satisfaction and innovative product management.Firstly, a customer satisfaction function based on extension correlation function, which could objectively describe the quantitative and qualitative change process, is constructed by combining the perceived quality and expectations differentiation model, the function analysis as well as the ZOT(the Zone of Tolerance) theory. Furthermore, a innovative product extension set is built to achieve a dynamic classification of innovative product based on established customer satisfaction degree function and extension transformation.The dynamic management mechanism takes full advantage of multi-level classification feature to implement a series of management steps under the standards of innovative product’s customer satisfaction degree. An numerical simulation followed shows that the mechanism would achieve quantitative and dynamic management result by an converted way in real-time sequence.
