Application And Study On Performance Excellence Model In Dairy Quality Management

In recent years, dairy quality and safety incidents occurred frequently, the consumers’ trust in diary products has been greatly decreased, therefore quality management has become an urgent and priority task in dairy industry. When we face to the severe competition in the market, the Chinese business industry has to resolve the following questions, how to deal with challenges, and how to maintain the competitive edge.This article introduces the performance excellent model concept and the dairy quality management, analyzes the implementation of excellent performance mode. Then form leadership, strategic management, Customer and marketing, Human resource management, process management, Measurement and analysis, Operating results etc seven aspects. This article take the NBDG Company as an example, to discusses how to establish the performance excellent model system in dairy quality management.This article conducts the research on the performance excellent model of dairy, and aims to promote the performance excellent management concept, illustrates that what the most important is to cultivate competitiveness in the implementing performance excellent model in dairy quality management system. Finally it gives some solution method on establishing and implementing the performance excellent in dairy quality management system, improving organizational quality level.
