Qc Company Quality Development Model Study

Therefore, this paper studies and analyzes the quality development modes of QC Company.Firstly, this paper introduces the business scope, framework and personnel structure, asset and management and productivity etc.Secondly, this paper introduces the concept of quality and quality management. It reviews four stages development and characteristics of quality management: traditional quality management stage, inspection quality management stage, statistical quality control stage and total quality management stage. It also describes the related quality management theories such as statistical technology method, quality cost management, ISO9000 standards, error-free theory and excellent performance management etc.Finally, this paper describes the quality status of QC Company. It points out the problem of QC Company and analyses the related reasons. This paper puts forward the development thought from SPC, quality cost management, quality management system construction to excellent performance mode to develop the quality work in three steps. It suggests that QC Company develops the quality work according to the service blocks.
