Beginning at the creation powdermetallurgy disciplines was built, and it has specialized in powder metallurgy supportingscientific research and production workshop, the completion of the state-assigned on thebasis of scientific research and production tasks, while active in materials science andtechnology research, and developed a large number of cemented carbide and ceramicproducts for the building of the national economy to make a greater contribution.This paper, based on "national long-term Science and Technology DevelopmentPlan (2006-2020)","national" Eleventh Five-Year "Science and TechnologyDevelopment Plan" and the "863Program" Eleventh Five-year "Development Program"to the country’s industrial policy domestic and foreign counterparts in the field ofcarbide and ceramic technology status and development trend as the theoreticalfoundation, through further expounding China’s carbide and ceramic industrialdevelopment policies, analysing the status quo, and industrial technology in Chinacemented carbide industry conditions, the ceramic industry conditions and the marketsituation, made carbide and ceramic industry development trends and direction ofnational industrial policies that encourage the development of the project or productcontent. At the same time, the specific combination of certain of the cemented carbide,ceramics project research capability and technology equipment, the status quo analysis,in-depth to explore how to play, using their own competitive advantage, to enhancescientific research and production skills, and promote personnel training and disciplineconstruction plans implemented to create greater economic benefits for itself.The writing of this paper, the author combinates scientific research with production in the powder metallurgy in the practical work experience, uses of electronic learningand theoretical knowledge mastered the Science and Technology University EMBAClass of theoretical knowledge and practical work achieved by combining the results ofthe innovations is the thesis:First, combinated with their practical work experience to apply their theoreticalknowledge EMBA analyze issues and solve problems, do apply their knowledge.Second, papers and proposals set out in the view of a powder metallurgy by thedisciplinary development of important reference value.Third, in the current new situation, in order to implement the General Secretary HuJintao’s "good co-ordination of military and civilian technologies to two-wayinteraction" the clear requirements for the promotion of scientific research andproduction in a particular work and disciplines to promote the development of the causeto achieve by the industrial-based to technology transfer-type transformation fromindustrial to technology-based service-oriented changes in advice and suggestions.In this paper, a study of the status of carbide and ceramic items, an analysis of itscompetitive advantages and disadvantages of the project, and for projects supporting thedevelopment direction and the demand put forward some constructive comments.
