Study On Pressure Source Analysis And Stress Management Strategies Of The New Generation Migrant Workers

The proportion of the new generation of migrant workers in the Migrant workers is still increasing. In2010the proportion is61.6%accounted by National Bureau of Statistics, while the widespread new generation of migrant workers in the bottom of society faced the complex problems, and the pressure is too large. The CPC Central Committee also specifically proposed to solve the problems faced by the new generation of migrant workers as an urgent requirement. Those huge processing enterprises'generational "jump" tragedy, for example Foxconn, began to make the theory and practice of school reflected. The generation of migrant workers has tired work,difficult life and big pressure and so on. So to explore the sources of stress and relieve their work pressure has become a first issue worth continue studied by business and human resources practitioners. This thesis will make the new generation of migrant workers as main study object, to explore the main source of this group working pressure, and give response strategies at the based on the various elements of the source of stress analysis. Hoping for can give theory and practice supports to the entrepreneurs and human resource workers.This article is an extension on the basis of my tutor's national science of fond research-the human resources capacity-building research of new generational farmers of central region. The working pressure of the six provinces' new generation of migrant workers is mainly through the questionnaire survey. This article summarizes and analyzes the existing domestic and foreign pressure theory and the pressure source model, and on this basis, to put forward my own research ideas. In this paper, checking the statistics of each area, and reading of relevant literature, plus interviews with the representative new generation of farmers by our research team. Then through analysis and screening the preliminary of job stressors and many other factors, referencing to the common scientific scale after filtered, designed a questionnaire for this article. Questionnaire to take fieldwork delivery and network issued a period of more than a month of concerted efforts to collect data through our team. Through SPSS19.0statistical software to statistics all data, including item analysis, reliability, validity, descriptive statistical, difference analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis etc. In the text, in-depth analysis to the factors of the source of pressure on the generation of migrant workers and influencing items before validation, to understand the composition of the source of stress. Through software analysis, project analysis to determine the accuracy of each subject of the questionnaire; validity analysis and the factor analysis divided pressure source of migrant worker into seven dimensions, including interpersonal relationships work environment, workload, organizational mechanisms, personal development, urban effects and personal interests; reliability analysis tool to verify that the questionnaire's overall credibility and the credibility of the various dimensions of the pressure source; last through descriptive analysis, difference analysis and correlation analysis to analyze the data to draw final conclusions.Based on the results from the previous theoretical Summary and the analysis section, this study suggests that the pressure on the management of the new generation of migrant workers should cope with the stress from the enterprise level, the individual layers as well as the social dimension, and these works will provide useful suggestions for the new generation of migrant workers and the organization's human resources management (stress management).
