Over the past 20 years,China's economic development is at the forefront of the world.With the rapid development of the economy,the construction industry has also ushered in its rapid development period.No matter from the construction mode,the operation mode and the construction concept,the construction industry will face a huge change,and the competition between enterprises in the same industry is becoming more and more intense.As a well-known construction enterprise in China,XR company is actively complying with this change,while the pressure on employees is increasing.The increase of work intensity affects the physical and mental health of the employees.Identifying employees' work pressure and putting forward the corresponding pressure mitigation strategies are the problems that need to be solved in the human resource management of XR company,which is very important for the long-term and stable development of the enterprise.Firstly,the paper expounds the background,present situation and research contents and methods of the research,and combs the relevant literature on the theory of pressure management at home and abroad.Secondly,the basic theory of work pressure and pressure management is introduced,including the pressure and work pressure,the type and reaction of the work pressure,the connotation and dimension of the work pressure source,and the concept of the work pressure management.Then it introduces the basic situation of XR company,mainly including the staff size,post distribution and the basic information of employees,which lays the foundation for the analysis of the pressure source of the employees of XR company.According to the analysis results of the pressure source,we find the main work pressure of the employees of XR company,and analyze the performance of the pressure source by the questionnaire,and use the SPSS software to analyze the relationship between the pressure source and the work pressure.The results show that,the working pressure of employees mainly comes from professional skills,workload,career development,interpersonal relationship and family support,professional skills,workload and career development have a great impact on employees' work stress.Finally,aiming at the stressors of employees in XR company,a targeted mitigation strategy is proposed.Through the investigation and analysis of the job stressors and pressure of employees in XR company,combined with the characteristics of XR employees' job stress,from the angle of five stressors that cause the working pressure of XR company employees,and combining the domestic and foreign scholars' research on work pressure management,this paper puts forward a practical working pressure management strategy for XR company.At the same time,it provides reference for Chinese construction industry to carry out work stress management.
