The domestic SMEs information process later than western countries, andimplementation of ERP has been unsatisfactory for SMEs,Relevant data reveal that less thanthirty percent implementation has achieved the desired goals, about half of theimplementation failed,and most part of implementation successful SEMs had foreigninvestment。SMEs implementation ERP’s effect is not only related to the level of understanding ofERP is also closely related to the ability of implementation of the consultant as well as thedegree of knowledge transfer,And the higher the expectations of SMEs ERP implementation,ERP implementation process will be more harsh,Influenced by many factors also determinethe ERP implementation is actually a high degree of risk engineering。In this paper,will study the risk of implementation ERP for SEMs,use of whole lifecycle theory to divide the process of the implementation for ERP,and use of CausalityDiagram to identify the risk factors exist in the various stages,at the same time combinedwith AHP to determine risk indicators weights, then risk assessment use the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method based on variable weight,finally, established SMEs ERPproject risk evaluation management model based on whole life cycle theory,want to findout the level of risks in SEMs ERP implementation,devoted to made response measures andoptimization recommendations timely and effective,in order to be able to complete thestrategic purpose of the implementation of ERP for SMEs...
