Research On Quality Management Of F Company's Changchun Commercial Center Real Estate Project

As the center of the city,the People's Square in Changchun is the most concentrated area of business activities now and in the future.It has the commercial value of "inch of gold".F company has planned the Changchun commercial real estate project in combination with the actual situation of Changchun and the existing construction land conditions around the surrounding land of the the People's Square.The project is a large and comprehensive project.The whole project involves architectural design,environmental protection,safety management,labor protection,construction engineering,value realization and so on.The quality of every activity needs quality management and control.This paper starts with the concept,definition and principle of quality management,combined with the actual situation of F company and this project,uses the definition and principles of quality management in the ISO9001 system and the GBT19000 system,adopts the principles and research methods from the simple into the depth,from the whole to the local,and with the quality policy of the organization,aiming at the quality objectives of the project.,the main activities of project quality management,analyzing organization and staffing necessary for carrying out related activities,laying a theoretical foundation for the whole research.On the basis of the above theory,the quality management problems that have been identified and may have been identified in the organization and project are analyzed.The problems are put forward from the quality management system,quality control work and quality assurance activities,and the solutions to the problems are put forward in combination with the actual situation.In terms of quality control,according to the four stages of the project,the research and analysis are carried out from the target,the method and the work content respectively.Some experience and lessons are summarized,and some practical plans and ideas are put forward.This is also the core and focus of this study.For quality assurance,because of this The relevant domestic research and theoretical basis has not yet formed a unified view.Therefore,the definition,misunderstandings and construction of quality assurance are briefly discussed in combination with the practice of F company.This research finished a complete quality management system analysis,research and planning for the project will be equally positive for the construction and management of the future similar projects,the construction and management of other projects of the F company,as well as for the construction and management of other projects of the same kind.
