Equipment Purchase Management Pattern Of The Guangxi Power Grid Corporation

Under the circumstance of collectivize operation, intensive development, delicacy management and standardized construction that all uniformly required by the Southern Power Gird Corporation, Guangxi Power Gird Corporation is in need of strengthening the role of material management system, regulating the behavior of power equipment purchase, lowering the cost of procurement, reducing the backlog of inventory and improving the turnover rate of capital, so as to form a quick, convenient and efficient material supply system.In this paper, we have done a research on equipment purchase management pattern for the Guangxi Power Grid Corporation. Basing on widely investigating the related literatures and aiming at the process of grid equipment purchase management, we’ve built an evaluation index system which clearly reflected the equipment purchase pattern of power grid corporation, and also made a comprehensive analysis on it, which using the Hierarchy Analysis and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation. We solved the issues in equipment purchase management of Guangxi Power Grid Corporation, by means of summing up advantages and disadvantages of equipment purchase management patterns among several provincial power grid corporations, then comparing their evaluation difference. What’s more, we proposed "the centralized purchasing pattern consisted of third-party logistics and invite bidding" to improve purchasing efficiency, reduce the cost, and make the process of purchasing more public, then to further promote the purchase management more quantified and scientific, to help enterprises realize the change that from purchase for inventory to purchase for order.This paper has broken the limitation of theoretical research and provided a valid reference for other power enterprises by evaluating equipment purchase pattern of power gird corporations. Through case studies, we know that the comprehensive evaluation system of equipment purchase management pattern for power gird corporations has strong practicability and common applicability. It’s easy to be extended and it provides an efficient way to achieve the combination of theory and practice for equipment purchase management pattern of grid corporations.
