Research On Centralized Purchasing Management Of Materials In ZYJT Corporation

Nowadays, purchasing management occupies important position in the central enterprise management improvement activities which is organized by State Assets Administration Committee (SASAC) of China. Through nearly a year of efforts, many central enterprises have clear ideas for promoting purchasing management, and have taken measures to improve relative management level, and then some of these enterprises are already bearing fruit as well currently. On account of centralized procurement is one of the key measures to improve central enterprises efficiency and achieve its growth goals, ZY Group push ahead with decisive actions, and completed the full purchasing work deployment to the subordinate enterprises at the end of2013. As a wholly owned subsidiary of the ZY group, ZYJT has urgent demand to establish centralized procurement and supply model, which tend to reduce the cost of supply procurement, moreover to ensure the quality of goods and materials. Therefore, this dissertation takes ZYJT Company as a sample, further research on its concentrative purchasing management.Firstly, the article is studied in the domestic and foreign material centralized research present situation. Then, put forward the exiting problems and analysis the reasons in the case of ZYJT. According to the necessity and feasibility analysis of centralized purchasing, combined with the ZYJT’s actual situation, as well as proposed the construction management mode for ZYJT from corporate manager’s viewpoint. What’s more, the specific content and method of procurement planning, supplier management, quantitative evaluation, contract supervision and settlement administration are also discussed in-depth. Finally, in the light of the real project case confirms the great contribute that centralized purchasing to the enterprises, and put forward further need solving problems from several aspects such as mistaken ideas and safeguard measures and so on.
