| In the environment of electric power market, the management of customer relationship is becoming more and more prominent. And in customer relationship management, customer satisfaction is one of the most important indicators and factors. So, the research on customer satisfaction become the priority in customer relationship management of electric power enterprise.As the products in electric power market which can realize economic interests for electric power enterprisein, its production, transportation and sale must be processed simultaneously, because electric power can not be stored. Considering all of the above, the accurate measurement of electrical power is directly related to the economic interests between power supply party and electricity party. In recent years, with the development of economy and the improvement of electrification, the electric power consumption of residents is increasing year by year, so, it is a serious challenge for the existing energy metering device. Mainly displays in:1)the standard of circuit design is too low, the capacity of power supply facilities is too small, existing hidden safe danger;2) it is inconvenience for consumer, prone to apportion differentials and a waste of electricity, sometimes it even cause serious neighborhood contradiction;3) it is difficult to receive electricity charge and have influence on enterprise operation. In view of the above questions, Shijiazhuang electric power supply company decided to refrom the electric power measurement device. This paper take reform project of electric power measurement device for Qiaoxi electric power supply company for example, take a comprehensive evaluation for customer satisfaction by using entropy fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, so as to provide some basis for the power supply enterprise to increase the customer satisfaction of energy metering device transformation project. |
