As our country developing rapidly from all walks of life and its growing reliance on electric power industry, electric power industry has been a stable and orderly development as the national economy basic industry. Electric power resources has long been regarded as indispensable in social production and life of secondary energy sources.At present, the sustained and stable power supply has become the key factor of healthy and stable development of national economy and national life level rising. However, there is no denying that the power is a social indispensable secondary energy and it is a large energy consumption in our country. As one of the most energy consumption industry, electric power industry is bound to become a top priority for the conduct of saving energy and reducing consumption in our country.In addition, the constraints of the electricity supply gradually shift to the amount of available coal.In conclusion, reducing the consumption of electric power production and the process of level of using various resources, not only can realize the sustainable development of power industry, but also build our country into a resource-conserving and environmentally friendly countries.In order to their own long-term interests, and to the public interests of the whole society, the electric power enterprise reform are gradually deepened across the country.Most of the electric power enterprises are actively take corresponding measures to encourage themselves.Hope to be able to achieve output more with less energy consumption of electricity can meet the need of social security and stability.The retrofit of generating set is one of the main method to solve the problem of coal supply tension and short of coal outage.Under this background, the Shenhua Guohua Taicang power generation co., LTD., actively carry out energy saving technical reconstruction project.Main purpose of evaluation of the technical transformation items are that we can have a clear understanding of Shenhua Guohua Taicang power generation co., LTD., effect of energy saving technical reconstruction project and summarize the experiences and lessons.In addition, you can work for power generation company in the future and provide decision support, and can provide theoretical support for similar energy-saving technological transformation of power generation enterprises.First, this paper analyzes the index system of energy saving technical reconstruction project construction principles,in order to provide guidance for the construction of evaluation index system. Secondly, this paper build the evaluation system of the energy saving technical reconstruction project from the level of technology, economic and environmental benefits, social benefits set out four aspects.Next, the four level indicators were thinned by 14 secondary indicators in this article. Then,the connotation of this index system which was set for the energy saving technical reconstruction project has been analyzed, and the definition of each index and solving way been interpreted detailing.Finally, set up the matter-element extension model based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to evaluate the energy-saving technological transformation projects, and through the analysis of index weight and evaluation results,we could provide suggestions for the project in the future.
