Research On Performance Appraisal System For Comprehensive Plan In Power Generation Group Based On Value Chain

For enterprises, the uncertainty of external environment determines the feasibility of comprehensive plans to implement, and the adaptive of internal management and determines the complexity of scheme. How to screen market environment, and accurately determine internal adaptation, on this basis, to dynamically adjust the boundaries of integrated planning, in order to make comprehensive plan be able to adapt to the changing objective external conditions and can play the incentive effect of the internal subjective initiative? To resolve this problem, this article combines with status of integrated plans management in China power group, constructs integrated plans examination system based on value chain: first recalls related theory of integrated plans management, and make Dupont decomposition for integrated plan elements based on value oriented, then obtains main effect factors of profit; second constructs integrated plans management system of power group, which includes integrated plan’s indicators system, management process, cardings integrated plans examination process, establishes examination of indicators system in accordance with the KPI principles, and recognizes key points of examination; then decomposes each indicator of integrated plans examination, establishes amendment model, and then do an example uses all unit of data of a power group in Henan province; The cases analysis results proves that the amendment mechanism can better reject objective factors effecting integrated plans indicators value, only examines subjective factors, and it can better resolve examination inaccurate problem caused by integrated plans indicators value deviated from actual value, which has real value for assessment of power generation group integrated plan.
