The Research On Human Resources Strategy Plan Of Hebei MaTou Power Generation Limited Liability Company

As the deep reform of electric power industry and the requirement of power enterprise's development, the strategic planning of human resource is playing a more and more major role to the enterprises'development. This thesis analyzes the status quo of human resource management of MaTou power generation limited liability company, and makes a thorough analysis to the problems which exist in the human resources'structure and the human resources'management. It utilizes Multiple linear regression model and Markov model to make a forecast to this company's human resources'demand and the supplies. On this forecast basis, it makes a human resources strategy plan combined with corporate development's requirement, it finally proposes the implementation concrete measure, at the same time, this thesis also has certain referential significance regarding other power generation enterprises' human resources.
