In order to perfect the service mechanism, enhance the level of power service, and provide all-round, multi-level, three-dimensional service for customers, Power grid corporations specifically request that the nets, provincial and local power company regularly carry out power supply service quality evaluation of the third parties. In order to guarantee the objectivity, impartiality of the third party evaluation, the subject researches on the method of the choosing the power supply service quality of third party evaluation mechanism of power supply enterprise.First of all, this subject refers to a large number of literature, and analyses the present situation of the domestic and foreign power supply service quality of the third party evaluation. It introduces the method and results of power supply service quality of the third party evaluation at home and abroad, finds out the existing problems, and finally puts forward the research ideas and method. From the basic concepts of power supply service quality and the power supply service quality evaluating content and angle, it elaborated the basic theory and the third party evaluation theory of the power supply service quality. And it introduces the current methods of choosing the third agencies, compares the advantages and the disadvantages.On the basis of this, this paper points out the questions in choosing the third agencies, and put forward the research line. Firstly, this topic gains a lot of index that influences power supply service quality of the third party evaluation, and selects through the initial index, and later, by a formal test, and analysis of index mechanism, we constructed the index system of the power supply service quality of the third party evaluation, In predictive and formal testing process, we investigates the importance of indexes, and with the help of SPSS software, we simple analyses the dates that we have collected in order to select index and factor analysis to extract the factor index system.According to the construction of the system of choice, this study introduces the analytic hierarchy process, grey system theory and comprehensive evaluation method to construct the third party evaluation mechanism selection model of the service quality of power supply. Using AHP index weight calculation, based on the third party evaluation agency indicators grey weight vector of the gray system theory which is to be selected., combined with the comprehensive evaluation method, we finally builds a candidate mechanism comprehensive evaluation results. Through the examples of experiments, the third party evaluation mechanism selection method of the power supply service quality which this paper has put forward has certain validity and practicability.
