With the development of economy and the advancement of technology, the market competition of commodities become more and more fierce. In order to face the fierce market competition, enterprises must improve their competitiveness and must concentrate on their core business, which makes more and more enterprises give logistics which is non-core business to a professional logistics company, so third-party logistics enterprises came into being and has been growing rapidly. The development of third party logistics has not only reduced the logistics cost of production enterprises, but also integrated a number of idle social logistics resources, and lead the development of many fields related with logistics service, and stimulated the national economy to have a good and fast development.The third-party logistics service quality determines the health of our third-party logistics industry in sustainable development. Therefore, building a scientific and reasonable logistics service quality evaluation index system, choosing a scientific evaluation method have great theoretical and practical significance to help the logistics companies choosing appropriate service levels, reducing logistics costs and enhancing the competitiveness. And they also have an important guiding role of in promoting third-party logistics find service quality problems found and improving service quality continuous.This paper has studied the domestic and international literatures about third-party logistics service quality. Then for the current shortcomings third-party logistics service quality evaluation system (mainly on the indicator system) and learn from domestic and international third-party logistics service quality evaluation theory, I have redesigned a third party logistics service quality evaluation index system. And I also proposed a method that using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the third-party logistics company service quality. And I have separately discussed how to choose third-party logistics service quality from the third-party logistics enterprises themselves angle and customer angle. By the J Company case, it illustrated that the evaluative index system and the evaluation method can be applied. I hope the index evaluation system and evaluating results built in this paper have a certain reference value for the third-party logistics companies and customers to improve their logistics service quality.
