With the rapid development of scienc e and technology, i nfor mationtechnology and t he proce ss of ec onomic globalization intens ifies,competition among the enterprises has transformed to the competitiona mong the supply chains, supply chain manage ment theory has recentlybecome a hot topic of the the orists and the business community. Cur rently,rapidly changing external environme nt of the supply chain, increasedcomplexity of the network s tructure, supply chains has becoming mor evulnerable. However, many fruit and vegeta ble enterprises lack ofcognition on suppl y chain risk, low le vel of risk mana ge ment, s upplychain has becoming more vulnerable. Therefor e, the study on how toreduce the operation risk of fruit and vegetable supply c hain though riskmanage ment is necessary.On the theories, supply chain manage ment, risk ma nage ment,transaction costs, collaborative distribution and system theory, analyzethe fruit and veget able supply chain characteristics and managementstatus of China’s, parse the common risk issues of frui t and vegetablesupply chain ma nage ment in China, establish a fruit and vegetable supplychain risk for mation mechanism model and analyze the application of themodel, finally, establish the fruit and vegetable supply chain risk controlmechanism of the following seven aspects:Firstly, integrated supply cha in organization. Introduce the ‘leadingenterprises+intermediary organizations+peas ants’ fruit and vege tablesupply chain order product model. Reducing t he operat e uncertainty o fpeasants and business, realize our country’s fruit and vegetable suppl ychain manage ment i ntegrated and systematized.Secondly, deve lop the third-party logistics. Establish the ‘producer-professional third party logistics companies–consumers’ fruit and vegetable supply chain logistics mo del, under profess ional logisticsservices, speed up t he fruit a nd vegeta ble turnover rate, reduce inve ntory,realize value-added in the process of c irculation.Thir dly, standardization of logis tics. Increase the support of thenational for logistics infrast ructure of fruits a nd vegeta bles, spee d upconstruct the fruit and vegetable logistics standard syste m.Fourt hly, increase the quality and safety supervision. Nor malizationthe fruit and vegetable safety inspection and quality supervision,establish the quality and sa fe ty syste m of fruits a nd vegeta bles under thegovernme nt-led.Fifthly, establish an information sharing mechanism. On the onehand, acc elerate the establishment of national and regional agriculturalinfor mati on sharing platfor m; the ot her hand, the stronger companiesshould accelerate the pace of technological progress, as soon as possibleto establish a self-led fruit and vegetable supply chain infor mationsharing platfor m.Sixthly, establish the risk early warning system. For ward lead thefruit and vegetable supply c hain risk manage ment, reduce supply chainrisk da ma ge.Seventhly, innovation in fina ncial services. Take full advantage ofthe role of financia l innovation in the development of fruit and vegetablesupply chain, introduce futures and options trading, fina ncing capabilityevaluation and pric es incentive mecha nis ms to fruit and vegetable supplychain risk manage ment.
