Abstract/Summary:
Communication is the life line of an organization. Effective communication has influential significance on improving organizational efficiency and ordered operation, especially in the progress of society transition and enterprise reform.By the description of restructuring process of A Co. subordinated to D airline state-owned Co., the thesis proposes four stages of psychological process to which the employee adapt and they can be classified into different kinds in accordance with their psychological reaction with the undergoing of enterprise restructuring. Through the thorough research about the company’s current situation on the basis of the above result, the thesis demonstrates the problems and obstacles in the process of human resource communication in restructuring in face of different points of view and types of employee. And corresponding measures and recommendations are put forward based on the relevant analysis.This thesis is divided into six chapters as follows; Chapter one is introduction. The paper has a preliminary interpretation of the HR communication in the process of restructuring in state-owned Co., and states the influence and necessity of this study. The researching ways and measures are adopted and the focus and difficulties are clarified in this chapter. Chapter two is theoretical overview. After elaborating the relevant concepts of the thesis, the thesis gives a recapitulative introduction of relative research, and then indicates the usual mental process and performance type when confronting company’s reform associating with interviews. Chapter three is A company profile. The thesis gives a brief introduction on company’s basic status. Employees’ contradictory psychology is explained afterward. Chapter four is condition survey. The paper explores the status quo of communication in restructuring by questionnaire which is succeeded by analyzing the existing problems in communication system of enterprise restructuring program. Chapter five is communication analysis and suggestion. The thesis devotes reasons and countermeasures for process engineering of HR management communication through quantitative and qualitative means of analysis from three dimensions, namely, organizational environment, organizational personnel and communication process. Chapter six is reflection and prospect. Innovations and shortcomings are presented in the thesis for further attention and research.
