Applied Research Of Knowledge Management In PMC Model

The paper is based on the theory of PM, KM, enterprise management, Social management as well as the value of philosophical, Project outsourcing and knowledge spillovers comed out of The project knowledge management theory. The structure of project knowledge management is constructed by the project phases, knowledge management activities and PM organizations.The forming of Project knowledge value chain model is based on the theory of KM and Enterprise value chain model,and the Application of the strategy and evaluation about project knowledge management is described and analyzed. Finally,the logical path and method of project management applications in the PMC is found in which Project knowledge management model is applied in the case of PMC.In this paper, it is contacted by the theoretical research and system structure analysis, mainly to qualitative analysis, and also analyzed the application in the case.The basic methods of KM application in project management is found by the applied model of KM and its application in the case of PMC,as well as the value of the project value characteristics in individuals, organizations and social values is recognized in the paper.
