| Since the birth of the project management discipline,as people continue to accumulate experience in project management practice,it has also greatly enriched and improved the content of project management,and progress management is the core content of project management.By rationally and scientifically arranging the progress of the project,the enterprise can improve the efficiency of the operation of the enterprise and save the operational resources of the enterprise.In recent years,the progress management field has gradually developed a series of project schedule management methods and schedule management technologies such as PERT(Program/Project Evaluation and Review Technique)/CPM(Critical Path Method)and CCPM(Critical Chain Project Management)derived from this development.The IT department of Bank B,which I work for,has always used the traditional critical path method to manage the progress of IT projects.With the increasing number and requirements of projects,the original schedule management method has gradually become unable to respond flexibly to resources.And the situation of the personnel changes,affecting the progress of the project,the X project that the author is responsible for follow-up also encountered the same problem.In order to better carry out X project schedule management and provide effective solutions for the department’s IT project schedule management issues,the author integrates the current project schedule management situation and schedule management methods,which may be caused by resource change impacts and personnel behavior factors.The impact is proposed to replace the original critical path method with the key chain project management method,and optimize the progress management of the X project.This paper first decomposes the work structure of each task of X project,confirms the logical connection of each sub-task,estimates the task duration,and determines the critical path of the project;then uses the project management software to analyze the resource conflicts of the project link and adjust the mission plan.Then confirm the critical chain;use the elasticity coefficient method to calculate the import buffer and project buffer of the critical chain,and formulate management measures for the buffer zone.By analyzing and comparing the X project progress management based on the critical chain and the traditional way of managing the situation,it is verified that the key chain project management method can effectively control the risk factors such as resource constraints and personnel behavior.It is better than the original PERT/CPM method,and is more suitable for the current IT project schedule management of Bank B.Finally,it summarizes the project situation,and develops a follow-up optimization management system to improve the overall project management level for Bank B.IT project promotion provides some reference and reference. |
