Through the analysis of the connotation, theoretical basis and principle of the comprehensive renovation of rural land, determined the technical route to evaluate the comprehensive renovation of rural land benefit.This paper takes Yibin" golden land project" as an example, and selects2rural land renovation projects and2rural land comprehensive renovation projects as the research objects. To sift the optimization results of the live survey and questionnaire survey, formes a reasonable evaluation index system of the rural land comprehensive renovation.we choose16evaluation indexes from the economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits of the project, to establish a evaluation index system of the comprehensive benefit, and use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index, then take the dimensionless processing to the original index and evaluation index, finally calculate the comprehensive benefit evaluation relusts of the land renovation and the land comprehensive renovation projects.From the analysis of the relusts, we knew that the index system reflects the projects’battle effectiveness better, has a high theoretical significance and the practical significance, thus provides a theoretical basis, technical support and scientific reference for the comprehensive renovation of rural land benefit evaluation.
