| With the development of people’s material standard of living, people tend to pay more attention to the intake of nutrients. As one of the green food rich in protein, edible fungi’s production is far from being able to meet people’s need in recent years. In the production of edible fungi, planters are the main subject, so the demand of planters’technologies will directly determine the production of edible fungi. As the "mushroom town", Dayi County’s mushroom industry is developed rapidly; the technical service needs of the farmers are not meet effectively. Because of these, to research edible fungi planters’ demand of technology is significantly in improving edible fungi production and planters’ income.By using production factor’s derived demand and expectations of the utility as theoretical foundation, and combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis (mainly uses cluster analysis and Logistic model) and questionnaires and data analysis method, this essay uses samples form the investigation of Dayi County’s Agaricus bisporus standard mushroom planters to research Agaricus bisporus planters’ need willingness of technical service.The main contents of this essay are as follow:(1) Analysis of planters demand for technical services’inherent economic mechanism.(2) Technical service priority order of Dayi County planters.(3) The impact of factors on the willingness of farmers demand for technical service.(4) Policy recommendations.By using theoretical and empirical analysis, this essay gets the following conclusions:(1) Planters’income increase is the inherent cause of technical service needs.(2) Planters need of technical service is very strong, what they need most is the pest control technology.(2) A variety of factors can influence planters’need of technical service:technology’s change of quantity and quality, the degree of caring about technology and whether or not to participate association, these three factors statistical test coefficient under horizontal1%; Planting income account for agricultural households and whether have received technical instruction statistical test variable coefficient5%have greater impact on demand for technical service:Age and sale amount’s statistical tests in10%, which means these two factors have certain impact on planter’s demand for technology services.Based on the analysis and conclusions, this essay give some policy recommendations such as the government should establish a public technical service system and help farmers to expand sales channels; professional associations should attract more farmers to join in and improve cultivation technology; and farmers should enhance their own quality and to have market awareness. |
