Study On The Problems And Countermeasures To Develop Edible Fungus’ Industry In Xiu Yan County

In recent years, edible fungi has been familiarized and accepted gradually by society for its high edible value and medicinal value.The demand of edible fungi has become a pillar industry in some areas.Xiu Yan county has its unique advantages in the resources environment and history of edible fungi’development.With the support of local government,Xiu Yan county has pay great attention on the development of edible fungi industry.The development of edible fungi industry has played a very important role in improving the local economy and increasing people’s income.Although the edible fungus industry in Xiu Yan county has a industrial foundation and the county government has made achievements in the planing layout,policyand risk guarantee to promote industry development, there is still a series of problems restrict the develpment of the industry with the rapid development of edible fungus industry.This paper systematically puts forward the problems restricting the development of edible fungus industry in Xiu Yan county as well as analysis the cause and the countermeasures to it based on the characteristic industry theory, the comparative advantage theory and the theory of industry clustering,in order to promote the edible fungus industry sustained and healthy development of Xiu Yan county,this paper gets its conclusion based on the natural enviroment of Xiu Yan county through field investigation.At present, the main problem about the development of Xiu Yan county edible fungus industry are small production scale,backward operation, short of ability in scientific research innovation, low level of industrialization,weak in deepprocessing,simple on both sales channel and funds source, lack of brand constrction and the contradiction between edible fungus feild and forest,etc.To solve these problems,this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures such as supporting of the new economic subject,innovation of the industry development pattern,intensifying the scientific research institution,strengthen the relation bewteenproduction and research,recruiting and cultivating talents on agriclture,a diversified agricultual money resources’ establishing,extending circulation channels,adjust the planning form and structure,products’ upgrading,perfecting the innovation of agricultural socialization service system and active investment promotion policies and measures,etc.
