Participation Degree Evaluation And Influence Factor Analysis Of Households’ Cultivated Land Protection

Now,there are some problems of existence such as faultilnss institution,low production economic efficiency in cultivated land protection. As the main body of land use—ollective farmers or individual farmers, in addition to control the economic benefits used in agricultural production, other social function and ecological function almost exterior change, the profit farmer directly get from the land is very low, which undoubtedly contused the enthusiasm of peasant’s cultivating land.This paper made visiting and investigation to part peasant households by using the method combining sampling investigation with enclosed quantitative interviews, made a evaluation of peasant households’participation degree in farmland protection by using fuzzy comprehensive, made a regression analysis of factors affecting peasant households’participation willingness in farmland protection by using Probit model.The results show:The enthusiasm of peasant households for participation in cultivated land protection is not high in Pengzhou City, the main factors affecting peasant households’behavior are cultural degree, Agricultural income ratio and so on; in this basis, explored the pertinent countermeasures about optimizing and perfecting cultivated land protection.The main results of this research through the correlation analysis are as follows:(1)Resource of Pengzhou city farmland utilization has the problems such as natural disasters, poor conditions of cultivated land, cultivated land per capita is small and the number decreased year by year.(2)Based on the sampling questionnaire survey of farmers in the city of Pengzhou, it can be drawn:the farmers income in Pengzhou city is low, the farmers are lack of cultivated land protection enthusiasm; per capita is less, the quantity and quality of cultivated land decreased year by year; the cultivated land is lack of rational use; labor force transfer to the second or third industry; farmers’satisfaction in government policy on cultivated land protection is high.(3)Made a evaluation of peasant households participation degree in farmland protection by using fuzzy comprehensive, the peasant households’participation degree in farmland protection is low.(4)Made a regression analysis of factors affecting peasant households’participation willingness in farmland protection by using Probit model, specific content includes farmer oneself circumstance, cultivated land resources, farmland dependence and farmland protection policy. According to the significant we can judge accurately the main constraint factors include:cultural degree, agricultural income than, income, family size and the management of cultivated land to income ratio.(5) Combined with the situation of cultivated land resources of Pengzhou City, according to the enthusiasm of farmers to protect cultivated land and the factors affecting the results of the analysis, put forward related countermeasures and suggestions to raise the enthusiasm of farmers to protect cultivated land:Increase farmland protection propaganda, implement cultivated land protection fund, strengthen technical innovation, increases farmer income through multiple channel and so on.
