Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Financing Factors And Countermeasure Analysis

SMEs are an important part of the national economy, has played a positive role inpromoting economic development and social progress. In recent years, due to theinternational financial crisis, coupled with China’s long-term implementation of tightmonetary policy, the different treatment of state-owned and private economy, as wellas financial support scarce and so on, corporate financing difficulties hampered thedevelopment of SMEs. Many factors that affect the financing of SMEs factors toidentify the critical evaluation, and then to change the status of SME financing, is thefocus of this paper.In this paper, the factors that affect the environment for SME development,analysis of critical evaluation, puts forward suggestions to promote the healthy andrapid growth of SMEs. This article consists of three parts: The first part introduces thebackground and significance analysis of SME status quo; the second part of theanalysis of the impact factor of SME financing, and thus come to affect small andmedium enterprises the key factor of the financing; the third part introduces thedeveloped countries SME Development Situation and reference for the developmentof SMEs in China. Analysis of the above reasons, summed up the objective conditionsfor SME financing, and put forward policy recommendations.
