Traffic is the important carrier of spatial mobility and transfer of the passenger flow,logistics, information flow,it plays an important supporting role in the social and economicdevelopment.This paper takes Liaoning province main function region strategic planning forbackground,make a deep study on the development of Liaoning Province traffic situationthrough traffic advantage degree and traffic accessibility of the two directions,the aim istoevaluate the transportation development level in Liaoning Province,and provide atheoretical basis and scientific support for the future of traffic design and construction ofLiaoning Province.This study was designed into four sections preliminary. The first section (Chapter1and2): Describes the research background, purpose and value of traffic dominance andaccessibility, summary of the methods and results of research, and to absorb and learn.Thesecond section (Chapter3): Elaborate the evaluation methods and technical processes on thebasis of the data model and research protocols.The three section (Chapter4,5,6,7,): Researchand analysis of traffic accessibility evaluation and traffic advantages degree of spatialdifferences,and explore the relevance of traffic, population and economy of LiaoningProvince.The last section (Chapter8): Make a summary evaluation, and make thedevelopment of proposals and measures.The reseach selects the traffic dominance and traffic accessibility for both directions,Traffic dominance Mi: selects74county-level administrative units,take transportationnetwork density Di、transportation routes affect the degree Ci and location dominance Si asindicators,Analyze by ArcGIS and SPSS software,get the transportation advantages ofgeographical differences and spatial distribution characteristics of LiaoningProvince.Transportation accessibility Ni: Extraction the economic center of the35(cities) forthe study, Select a network connection to the degree of Bi and accessibility Ai as indicators,through the shortest path difference and space technology forecasting analysis of theaccessibility level of the partition of74units in Liaoning Province.Finally, aggregate thetraffic dominance Mi and transport accessibility Ni for the transport development index of MNi,classification and grading the Economic data Gi and population data Pi,reseach theassociated characteristics of the traffic with economic and demographic.The results showed that: traffic dominance take on the Serious polarization, the regionalof traffic highlight the advantages is less;take Shenyang and Dalian as the center, along thethe Shen--da transport axis, both sides gradually reduced,and Show some love for the seamodel.Transport accessibility of a higher overall level of spatial pattern showing a structureof concentric circles, the "core-periphery" pattern is obvious; highlight the accessibilitylevel of the core city to the periphery and gradually reduce the accessibility level; correlationproperties showed that the transport and economic and population spatial distribution patternof basic harmonization, but still need to further adjust and improve.In the future, it will becontinue to improve the land, sea and air three-dimensional transportation networkconstruction,effort to achieve the goal of a "working day, the province accessible ".
