Sort out the relevant concepts and theories based on factor mobility and technology research and development in Guangdong Province, the situation analysis, and to explore the trade competitiveness index of manufacturing export status. Building factor mobility and export competitiveness index regression model for more than reality, based on the Solow residual draw the various elements of the export of the empirical results, and combined with the reality of the results of the qualitative analysis. Pointed out the disadvantages of the manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province, and the difficulties faced by relying on innovative research and development, and actively cultivate advanced factors of production policy recommendations to promote industrial upgrading and enhancing export competitiveness.
