Comparative Study On The Contribution Rate Of Technology Progress Of Jiangsu And Anhui Province Based On The Solow Residual Model

The fierce competition in the global market environment,the continuous innovation of science and technology makes the whole social economy to another height.Jiangsu province and Anhui Province as the first batch of innovative pilot provinces to study the contribution rate of the technology progress to economic growth can not only promote the implementation of the national strategy of technological innovation,but also a reference for other provinces of our country economic development.The main force to promote economic growth by the material elements gradually turning the original technological progress factors,capital,labor and technology investment which is regarded as an important factor determining economic growth.But only from the technological progress index is relatively single,therefore,at the end of the number of employees is three important indicators of the labor capital investment,the GDP value and the amount of investment in fixed assets for the contribution rate of technological progress evaluation.At the same time to explore the rate contribution of technological progress of Jiangsu and Anhui two provinces,the Solow residual has wide application value of the model and according to the statistical data of 1996-2015 statistical yearbook on science and technology to collect,calculate the contribution rate of technological progress on the two province.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to correctly understand the contribution of technological progress to economic development.This paper first describes the research background and significance,and explains the main research contents and research methods and possible innovations involved,pointed out the necessity of the contribution rate of technological with Jiangsu and Anhui two progress.Secondly,it explains the core concepts involved in the research of the thesis and the related research on the contribution rate of technological progress both at home and abroad.Then,this paper introduces the theoretical calculation method of the contribution rate of the technology advancement and describes several typical model of Solow residual value calculation method in this paper is the model to process and relevant variables selection and adjustment.Then,in the foundation of collecting the related data using the Solow residual model,empirical analysis of Jiangsu,Anhui 1996-2015 years of technical progress contribution rate.The calculated results show that the Anhui Province annual capital investment,labor input and technological progress contribution rate were 66.50%,9.60%,23.90%;at the same time by means of the principle of technological progress contribution rate over the years in Jiangsu province.The result is the estimated value of Jiangsu province was 57.75%,0.45%,41.80%.According to the results of the two provinces of the technological progress contribution rate were compared and the more intuitive chart to illustrate the more clear,at the same time,the depth of mining the reasons for the differences,put forward the urgent measures to contribute two province economic progress rate promotion.Finally,according to the limitations of the research methods and the limitations of the author's knowledge,this paper puts forward the shortcomings of the research and the prospect of further research.
