Coordinated Evaluation Of Energy Consumption And Economic Development In The Three Northeastern Provinces

The first oil crisis in1973-1974and the second one happened in1979-1980make the term "energy" become a hotspot of discussion. Energy is the food of human industry and the lifeblood of the national economy. On the basis of a stable energy supply, the scale of the world economy has made great growth. However, while enjoying the interests of economic development, scientific and technological progress brought by energy, the human encounter a series of energy security challenges that can not be avoided. Energy shortages, the scramble for resources and the environmental pollution caused by the excessive use of energy and other issues are threatening human survival and development.Northeastern provinces is an important heavy industry base in China, and equipment manufacturing base, as well as grain production bases. There is a certain energy endowments in each province,for example the coal is shared resources of the three northeastern provinces, in particular, coal and oil reserves in Heilongjiang are very rich, which makes it the largest province of the energy output。In recent years, the economic growth rate of the three northeastern provinces is more than10%, significantly higher than the national average, but the three northeastern provinces in economic structure, energy demand and supply are very different. The three northeastern provinces is also an important strategic energy reserve base and energy production base, its social development relates to the national strategy and national security. At the same time as an economy, it is also an important energy consumer, its energy consumption efficiency level and the coordination of economic development relate to the entire Northeast Energy Strategy safety. Therefore, the coordinated development of energy consumption and economic growth of the three northeastern provinces is of great significance.On the basis of a large number of domestic and international research concerning the relationship of energy consumption and economic development, from an economic point of view, this article makes research and analysis on the degree of coordination of energy consumption and economic growth in the three northeastern provinces. First, we propose model assumptions of energy consumption and economic growth in this paper,and energy consumption economic growth and energy efficiency systems are determined on the basis of the model assumptions. Secondly, we selected representative indicators of three systems, a total of14. Then, these indicators are divided into two categories of positive indicators and inverse indicators and we take the reciprocal of the inverse index approach. We select the three provinces of GDP, the total energy consumption and the yuan GDP energy consumption in2005-2010to do a panel data regression model. Finally, we use the coordination degree model on the evaluation and classification of the three northeastern provinces of energy consumption and economic growth level of development.The framework of this study is divided into six parts:The first part is an introduction, mainly on the research background, purpose and meaning, as well as the northeastern provinces of energy consumption and economic growth, and the innovation and inadequacies.The second part is a literature review, mainly combing study energy consumption and economic growth at home and abroad, the theoretical and empirical literature has mainly taken the domestic literature review combing the geographical range of finishing.The third part is about the development and evolution of the theory. This chapter focuses on the origins and development of the theory of sustainable development, the development of the theory of circular economics, and the coordination of thinking.The fourth part is on research coordination between energy consumption and economic growth. Panel data model, unit root test, principal component analysis, and system coordination degree model.The fifth part is the analysis of the results of empirical research. It mainly analyzes the results of the panel data model and focuses on the coordination degree model of research findings. The result shows that comprehensive coordination between energy consumption and economic development in Liaoning Province is the most volatile of the three northeastern provinces, and the energy consumption of the three provinces comprehensive coordination of economic development is basically at the brink of disorders stage.The sixth part summarizes the empirical results in the fifth part and concluded the proposal.Our results show that the degree of coordination between the economic development system in the three northeastern provinces, the energy consumption of the system and the energy efficiency of the system is generally low, large amplitude and very unstable. Through comprehensive coordination analysis of energy consumption and economic development, we draw energy consumption and economic development of the three northeastern provinces coordination degree fluctuates heavily and coordination is relatively weak.
