The Research Based On Turnkey Project Management In Oversea

Project management, beginning developing from the late50years of the20thcentury, is from program management but already become an independent forkprogram management. From that time to the present, project management having beendeveloping rapidly, as it can significant shorten the project time and reducemanagement costs. It has extended from small-scale activities, such as scopemanagement, time management, cost management and human resources managementto other areas of general management applications including telecommunications,software development, pharmaceutical and financial industry and so on.With the reform and opening-up policy in China in recent30years, Projectmanagement methodology was introduced into Modern China Projects. And wealready greatly benefited from this kind of methodology the four modernizations.In recent10year, IT and telecommunication technical have developed fast andfast in china,more and more company use project tools in their management process.More and more managers have been trained by PMI and got the PMPcertification.ZTE and HuaWei have been stronger and replace Nortel and Motoral.This thesis, we discussed the flexible using project management in ModernTelecomm Turnkey Over Sea project, based on one real turnkey project; throughanalyzing the different stages of this project, to find that key items in each stage, andto make certain recommendations for follow-up project development information.Firstly the paper elaborates project management, and overviews the turnkey projectspecials; then analyses the kicking off, plan setting, executing, monitoring and closureof one real project-HCPT project. Finally, propose some summaries for the projectmanagement process and give a few of recommendations for improvement tofollow-up project development for reference. The first part introduce the guider ofproject management. And the second part introduce the international turnkey project.Charter and section three to six introduce the HCPT Project process in managementand the last charter give a summary.
