N City Telecom's Broadband Channel Compliance Rate To Enhance The Progress Of The Project Management

In recent years the industry of telecommunication industry has greatly promoted the development of national economy; meanwhile it has been facing more challenges from the fast developing economy construction. Improving the service quality of telecommunication has become a key issue for sustainable development of telecommunication industry. In allusion to the existing issues in service quality management of telecommunication enterprises, it will make good sense of applying the project management methods to the telecommunication service quality improvement project. Aiming at the issues of telecommunication service quality of City N, this dissertation emphasizes on the progress management of ADSL qualified rate promotion project in telecommunications industry of City N, using methods of project schedule management such as WBS, GATTA and variance analysis. This research mainly contains the following contents:Firstly, according to the analysis of current situation of telecommunication industry development, the background, purposes and significance of this research were proposed; also current domestic and overseas researches of theories and methods of project management and schedule management were reviewed, then the main contents and structure of this research were designed. Secondly, the common schedule management theories and methods were elaborated as theory basis and applied methods for schedule management of ADSL qualified rate enhancement project in City N. Thirdly, the current situation of telecommunication ADSL service quality in City N was analyzed, and the fundamental state and background of ADSL in City N were described, as basis of the following research on schedule planning and controlling. Fourthly, the timing schedule for ADSL qualified rate enhancement project of telecommunication industry in City N was proposed after activities definition, activities collating and time estimation using methods of project schedule management. Fifthly, on the basis of project timing schedule, using the methods of project management, the schedule controlling of ADSL qualified rate enhancement project of telecommunication industry in City N was discussed, the flow path and implementation system were proposed to ensure the project to be accomplished on time. At last, the brief summary of this dissertation was conducted.
