Luthans came up with positive transformation of Organizational Behavior on the basis ofPositive Psychology Movement. As an important factor affecting attitude and behavior of employee,personal-organization fit and self-efficacy is received extensive attention. With the advent of the eraof knowledge economy, the key object of enterprise’s human resource management is knowledgestaff, the general operators and the people of enterprise’s human resource management pay muchattention to enhancing their performance. In recent years, domestic and international studies haveconfirmed that the person-organization fit makes impact on self-efficacy and job performance. Byusing literature review, questionnaire and so on, this paper empirical the effect among theperson-organization fit, self-efficacy and job performance. It will supply effective organizationvalue programs and management. The research will have some practical and academic value.Based on the perspective of person-organization fit, this paper explores the impact onperson-organization fit, self-efficacy and job performance act computational enterprises as anexample. It put forward a theoretic model as well as hypotheses on the literature review. The studyuse SPSS16.0and AMOS17.0software for reliability analysis, availability analysis, independentsample T test, one-way ANONA, Correlation analysis, structural educational model and so on. Thestudy proved hypotheses mostly. It is concluded that the value of person-organization fit andrequirement-ability fit has significant positive effects on their job performance; person-organizationhas significant positive effects on their self-efficacy; communicational employees’ self-efficacy hasa significant positive effect on job performance; the person-organization has en effects on jobperformance through self-efficacy. Finally, this study is designed to how to improve stuff’sself-efficacy and the person-organization fit and to increase the job performance, then give somepolicy suggestions and comments.
