The development of high-tech companies has already made them one of the most important growing forces for Chinese economic. Because of this, the emerging question that has got a lot of attention in academic and industrial circles is how to improve the high-tech employees’ job performance. In recent years, person-organization fit is becoming a new hotspot of the study of organizational behavior. Many domestic and foreign scholars in this field of research have obtained many achievements. Among them, part of the study confirmed the impact of person-organization fit on employee job performance. By using empirical research method,this paper study the relationship among the person-organization fit, perceived organizational support and job performance.With the research focused in the high-tech employees job performance, combined with received organizational support, from the point of view of person organization fit, this article uses empirical research to explore the effect that POS impact job performance. This paper analyzes the relationship between person organization fit, perceived organizational support and job performance by summarizing the related literature at home and abroad. Then it puts forward the research assumption, and a design including the three variable model.. This article selects authority scales for person-organization fit, perceived organizational support and job performance. It uses the questionnaire survey part of Sichuan, Shaanxi City high-tech enterprises employees. This research uses SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 17.0 statistical software to verify the research hypothesis and put forward theoretical model through the validity analysis, reliability analysis and other statistical techniques and methods. The main conclusions of the research are: 1. There is a positive correlation between the P-O fit on job performance; 2. Different dimensions of the perceived organizational support have different degrees of moderating effect on relationship of person-organization fit and job performance; 3.Job performance are not affected by the demographic variables.Finally, this article put forwards suggestions on how to improve high-tech employees’ job performance so as to achieve the company target.
