With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, the importance of knowledge stands outincreasingly for the knowledge-intensive enterprise.For such companies, in order to remain thecompetitive advantage in the changeable market,the only way is to use knowledge to innovatecontinuously. But when the enterprise face the serious homogeneity of product or service, thedeclining profit margins and the increasing competition in the market,and their knowledge has beenunable to meet the demand of market, more and more enterprises realize the importance of customerresource gradually. And the customers joining in the enterprise knowledge sharing is one of the bestways to obtain customer knowledge for the enterprises. So the research of knowledge sharingproblems between customers and enterprises has important significance to the enterprise serviceinnovation.This research will introduce the small-world network model of complex network to the studyof customer-enterprise knowledge sharing. And on the basis of elaborating the relevant theories forknowledge sharing, small-world network, the efficiency of knowledge sharing and customerknowledge sharing. First of all, small-world network is applied to construct the model of knowledgesharing between customers and enterprises, through the simulation analysis of the features ofnetwork, it is concluded that the customer and enterprise knowledge sharing network in accordancewith the small-world network features. Then,the simulation analysis is carried out on the customerand enterprise knowledge sharing network under the small-world network features, throughexploring the impact to knowledge sharing level from four indicators: the average short path,clustering coefficient, a random re-connection probability P and degree distribution K. We findhigh clustering coefficients and short path can increase the exchange of knowledge associated withthe node and enhance knowledge sharing efficiency when proper degree of freedom knowledgedifference degree. Then we build the model of knowledge sharing efficiency,through breakingkey reconnection, giving priority to add keys and adding nodes to adjust the networkstructure.What we done is to research a higher efficiency of knowledge sharing network with thelower cost.Finally, we use the strength of the relationship between network nodes to attribute weights, andbuild the customers-enterprise knowledge sharing model which based on weighted small-worldnetwork, through the simulation by Matlab simulation platform, with comparative analysis therandom selection, knowledge preference and strength preference these three ways of determiningthe knowledge sharing objects, we find that, in the strength of the relationship,we should give priority to your strength strategy to explicit knowledge providers in the process of knowledgesharing. According to the results of simulation, this paper puts forward the management suggestionthat the enterprise should encourage customers especially the lead customers to participate in theprocess of knowledge innovation, build effective knowledge sharing platform, increase thefrequency of communication with customers, improve the credibility with each other and improvecustomer satisfaction. Finally, the paper analyzes the limitations and shortcomings of the researchmodel and proposes the further research direction in the future.
