Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Research Of Risk Analysis And Prevention

Research and Development (R&D) is an important link in technological innovation activities, and risk analysis and prevention research is the important content of project management and decision. Identifying the R&D risks is directly related to the R&D projects successful implementation, while prevention and control of R&D risk is even more important. Compared with large enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises are small in scale and weak in financial strength. They will encounter the external environmental risks, such as risk of changes in the market, government policy restrictions. Meanwhile, internal technical strength and management capability will also affect the effect of R&D.In the multiple risks, some problems may occur, such as R&D decision-making may appear to fail, development cycle may prolong, and R&D effect can not achieve the desired goals. Therefore, it is necessary to identify and analyze risk factors, and then put forward corresponding preventive measures.At present, as to research on the risk assessment and management, qualitative analysis of enterprise technology innovation risk and project development risk literature is more than the quantitative analysis of enterprise R&D risk research; Research thinking mostly follows the qualitative analysis of risk, and then puts forward the precautions. Analysis methods commonly use the expert scoring, and then determine the weights analysis, but there are a few empirical studies in the specific enterprises.Based on the latest theories and developing trend in the domestic and overseas researching fields of R&D risk, taking the Tianjin and Shanghai technological small and medium-sized enterprise as a case, through identifying and analyzing the risk of technological small and medium-sized enterprise, this paper establishes the risk evaluation index system. And then analyzing the reliability and validity analysis of survey data, the paper uses factor analysis to evaluate the greater the risk factors of R&D.On this basis, the paper use of regression method to analyze the impact of technological small and medium-sized enterprise on the follow-up R&D activities. Finally, according to the results of the investigation and analysis of R&D risk, from the six aspects of R&D mode, the R&D management, talent management system, R&D risk assessment system, the establishment of R&D fund, R&D personnel technical training, this paper puts forward to risk prevention measures on Enterprise level. And from the four aspects of research cooperation, financing channels, personnel policy, the research environment, this paper puts forward to risk prevention measures on government level. The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for the small and medium-sized enterprises R&D work.
