After three decades of development since the reform and opening up, Chinese SMEs in the tide of market economy, are constantly developing and enriching. As a product of the commodity economy, SMEs quickly adapt to changes in the development of the market, with tenacious vitality, and have become the "half" of the national economy. SMEs themselves determine the characteristics of the important position of the management team at work. Order to adapt to the fierce competition in the market, the complexity of the tasks and staff actively participate in, the team has become the focus of the enterprise, more and more enterprises start to the team as the main operating mode of the organization. Enterprises only rely on the strength of the team members in order to enable enterprises to long-term competitive advantages and development, according to the members, to communicate, this individual behavior as well as the results of the team members significant impact. Therefore, this study mainly to the Jiaodong SME management team for the study object, helping behavior as mediating variables, to study the relationship of team trust on team performance.Team trust is mainly based on trust between the team members, team trust, cognitive trust and emotional trust as two independent variables were measured. Helping behavior is a team of employees voluntarily help in the processing problems can enhance the communication between team members, resulting in a harmonious working atmosphere. Therefore, the research team trust and team performance, the introduction of helping behavior as a mediating variable, strengthen theoretical study. Domestic and foreign scholars on the basis of the Jiaodong SME development and the problems, the framework and assumptions of the empirical research, questionnaire, and the use of SPSS statistical software tools survey results were analyzed, with reasonthe team trust, to help clear the relationship between the behavior of team performance, and provide theoretical support for the corporate practice.This study theory:the team trust is based on interpersonal trust, cognitive trust and emotional trust were measured for two dimensions, and can contribute to helping behavior; helping behavior can facilitate communication between employees, help each othersolve the problems encountered in the work, so as to enhance efficiency, promote team performance; helping behavior to play the intermediary role of a certain degree of team trust and team performance is an important factor to enhance team performance.
