Construction industry is the pillar industry of national economy. With the rapiddevelopment of China’s economy, the construction enterprise project managerresponsibility system widely used, they often try to use team condensed the wisdominternally and take the advantage of rapid response to market changes to complete thework task. Studied the team management based on project manager responsibilitysystem is the important way to achieve high quality and efficiency of the constructionenterprise, so Team Performance naturally constitutes the important basis of businessperformance.Along with the team is widely used in practice in the Business Circles,Theoretical study of the project team also gradually get into frenzy. TeamCommitment is an indicator that check staff’s loyalty index, it also is a kind ofintention and attitude that staff stay in a team, Improve employees’ Team Commitmentcan reduce staff turnover and retain excellent talents for the enterprise. It also affectsTeam Behavior in some extent. Team Behavior refers to behaviors between the teammembers and the running state of the team itself. The article will divide TeamBehavior into extra-role behaviors and in-role behaviors. Extra-role behaviors usuallycontain the behavior that outside the scope of responsibilities for the team effort, likethe team members take the initiative to work overtime, team members are willing topay extra effort, etc. In-role behaviors for employees usually contain the behavior thatin the scope of responsibilities, such as job descriptions contains job tasks andresponsibilities, etc. Pay attention to these two kinds of behavior of team memberscan achieve comprehensive ascension for team performance. Therefore, theapplication of the relevant theory of team commitment and team behavior on teamperformance research has certain theoretical significance and practical significance.The purpose of this article is that take Construction enterprises project team asresearch object, According to the descriptive model of team performance establishedthe new research model in this paper. And define the three variables and eachdimension of Team Commitment, Team Behavior and Team Performance.That ismeans applying the Team Commitment and Team Behavior theory to analysis andresearch of the project team performance and discussed the relationship of TeamCommitment, Team Behavior and Team Performance. To further enrich and perfectthe relevant theory. At the same time, the article through reference to relatedmeasurement table to work out the new one that under the background of the Chinese culture and the construction industry. Especially compiled Team behavior variablequestionnaire is an innovation of this article. Later, respectively test three variablesquestionnaire’s reliability and validity. At last, through Structural Equation model totest hypothesis, Corrected model analysis and analyzed the degree of model fitting.Via further analysis and draw out the relevant conclusions finally. Main researchresults of this article are as follows:①To analyze the overall level of Team Commitment,Team Behavior and TeamPerformance of our country construction project team members;②Emotional Commitment, Normative Commitment and Ideal Commitment ofConstruction project team significantly impact on Team Behavior, but OpportunitiesCommitment and Economic Commitment only play a partly significant role on TeamBehavior;③The Team Behavior of team members is significantly influenced TeamPerformance in Construction project team;④Between the Team Commitment and Team Performance, Team Behavior ofConstruction project team members is plays a partial intermediary role.
