Research On Governance Mechanism In Formation Process Of Entrepreneurial Networks Of New Technical Venture

In recent years, the research about entrepreneurial networks is becoming a hot topic of economics, management and sociology study, and had achieved fruitful results. But previous studies have mostly focused on the entrepreneurial network on the influence of new ventures performance, rarely explored the characteristics in the formation process of entrepreneurial network itself from the network itself. Based on this, the paper with entrepreneurial networks of new technical venture as the research object, attempts to seek governance mechanism and its action mechanism in formation process of entrepreneurial networks of new technical venture。The paper uses study methods of multiple cases, supplemented by literature analysis to carry on the research. In the course of the study, the paper firstly selects four technological ventures as the main research objects. The paper carries out retrospective interviews for entrepreneurial networks relied by four ventures in the entrepreneurial process, and combines with related archives collection query, collects a large number of original evidences of new technological ventures starting a business. Based on case information, the paper constructs related propositions with multiple case study method, explores inherent mechanism of main governance mechanisms.Through the above research, the main conclusion can be obtained as follows:In the process of entrepreneurial networks governance of new technical venture, The different governance antecedents will induce occurrence of different governance factors. Contract mechanism, trust mechanism and learning mechanism are the main governance mechanisms of entrepreneurial networks of new technical venture. These three kinds of mechanisms with different types play management role in development process of entrepreneurial network. Three governance mechanisms at the company level play a positive role for new technical ventures such as resource acquisition, Network relationship construction, and the overcome of technology application defect. Three governance mechanisms at the network level play an important role by advancing the time economy, and improving the configuration efficiency of resource.
