Research On Formation Process Of Entrepreneurial Networks Of New Technical Venture

Entrepreneurial networks play an important role in the process of new venture creation and growth. For new ventures, Network relations represent the access of the resources required business survival and development. Although the experts agreed with the important significance of the network for new ventures, the study on dynamic formation process of new ventures network is very rare. The entrepreneurial network is an indispensable part of the economic activities of new ventures, which is an important way that new ventures or entrepreneurs gather information, resources and other supports to identify and exploit opportunities. Entrepreneurs need a variety of resources to meet the new venture creation and growth, and these rely extensively on network relationships of entrepreneurs or new ventures.This paper focuses on entrepreneurial networks with the core of new technical ventures, makes Tianjin four entrepreneurial networks based on new technical ventures as objects of the study to reveal the law of formation process of entrepreneurial networks based on new technical ventures with grounded theory and case study methods. Firstly, with the use of open coding and the spindle decoding and selective decoding of grounded theory, the paper condensed out influencing factors of the entrepreneurial network formation process:social capital, resources structure, and entrepreneur characteristics. This finding highlights the situational role of the entrepreneurs social capital matching enterprise resource structure, means to tap the formation path and mechanism of the entrepreneurial networks in different entrepreneurial contexts. Studies obtained the four paths of entrepreneurial network formation under matching relations of entrepreneurs social capital and enterprise resource structure such as the path of resources seeking with entrepreneurial orientation, the path of relationship constructing resource orientation, the path of technology application embedded in relational resources and the path of market behavior induced by entrepreneurial opportunities.Secondly, on the basis of grounded theory research, the paper supplemented multiple case study to optimize and construct theoretical model about entrepreneurial network formation path law based new technical ventures. Studies obtained that with the entrepreneurial contexts changing, formation process path of entrepreneurial networks based on new technical entrepreneur had multiplicity and dynamic change.Finally, the paper used process decoding of the grounded theory to outline the formation process of entrepreneurial networks based on new technical ventures. Studies obtained that formation process of entrepreneurial networks based on new technical ventures divided into three periods:adolescence, trial and error period, adjustment period, and network characteristics performance as in turn the personification network, half-personification and half-marketization, marketization network.The paper is conducive to extract the managed rational elements of entrepreneurial networks formation based on new technical ventures and promote network environment building of the growth of new technical ventures by reveal of formation process and formation rule of entrepreneurial networks based on new technical ventures.
