Study Of The Coordination Of FDI Policy In Wuhan City Circle And Trade Rules

With the development of economic globalization and regional economic integration, the circle of the city is becoming a dominant force in regional economic integration, promoting and dominating a region or a country’s development. As the economic center of industry concentration in Hubei province, Wuhan City Circle has been approved to become the Chinese resource-saving and environment-friendly (referred to as the "two types") society since2007. Although the openness of the city circle has gradually increased in recent years, it still low compared to the national level. To achieve the goal of building "two types" society, as well as the strategy of central China, we must make full use of FDI and trade rules in promoting economic construction of the city circle. To take advantage of FDI and trade rules of promoting sound and rapid economic development, we must formulating rational FDI policy. To formulate rational FDI policy, we must concern about issue of the coordination of FDI policy and trade rules.From the theory of FDI policy and trade rules coordination, we firstly set forth the integration of trade and investment, and analyze the need for coordination of FDI policy and trade rules, including cost-benefit analysis of them. Subsequently, we give the basic connotation of FDI policy and trade rules coordination in Wuhan city circle. Especially we study coordination problems of FDI policy and trade rules, and then analyze the reasons for these problems. Finally, we present the relevant recommendations to promote the coordination of FDI policy and trade rules in Wuhan city circle.The specific arrangement of this chapter is:the first part, it described the background and significance of topics, and makes a more detailed description on domestic and foreign literature, and describes the composition and the general idea of this article. The second part, it set forth the theory of FDI policy and trade rules coordination, and analyzes the need for coordination of FDI policy and trade rules, including cost-benefit analysis of them. The third part gave the basic connotation of FDI policy in Wuhan city circle and trade rules coordination. The fourth part, it studied coordination problems of FDI policy and trade rules, and analyzed the reasons for these problems. The fifth part, based on the conclusions in the above analysis, we systematically put forward the policies and measures to promote the coordination of FDI policy in Wuhan city circle and trade rules. Finally, the main contents of the text and ideas were summarized and concluded.
