The Study Of Three-dimensional Collaborative Mode Of Regional Innovation Platform

The development of regional innovation platform can constantly improvethe technology innovation system combining production, university andgovernment; promote efficient integration and rational allocation of all scientificand technological resources in the region. Through the construction of regionalcharacteristics innovation platform can comprehensively promote theconstruction of the national innovation system with Chinese characteristics, andenhance national innovation capability substantially. However, the currentdevelopment of China’s regional innovation platform exist many problems, suchas technology resources scattered and repeat, utilization is low, the innovationplatform did not play a whole set of advantages. The innovation platform is not acollaborative system, the research of collaborative mode can not only rich themanagement thinking for the platform, and promote the role of government,enterprise, universities in regional innovation activities; but also help to improvethe region’s overall innovation capacity, make superior forces into regionaladvantages, promote exchanges between different regions and the rationalallocation of various resources, it’s of great significance to the betterdevelopment of the regional innovation platform.Dynamic tracking study based on the domestic and international innovationplatform, pointed out the inadequacies of the study. Describes the content andcharacteristics of regional innovation platform, and systematic analysis thestructure and function of regional innovation platform, summarized the basicfunctions of innovation platforms. Using theory of collaborative combination,analysis the collaborative characteristics of regional innovation platform, putforward the dimension of regional innovation platform. In this paper, through themain body collaboration, area collaboration and constituent collaboration three aspects describe the design thinking for collaborative mode of regionalinnovation platform, and then designed three different dimensions of thecollaborative mode, and overall application of collaborative mode. Based onexpert scoring method and AHP design the evaluation index system ofimplementation collaborative effects for regional innovation platform, and putforward relevant policies. Using the evaluation approach designed in this paper,combine the collaborative thinking, analysis the specific circumstances for thecollaborative mode of innovation platform for Heilongjiang Province. Accordingto analysis results put forward innovative platform-related measures ofHeilongjiang Province. The purpose of this paper is to provide certainmanagement ideas of China’s regional innovation platform.
