Someone’ psychological aspirations and requirements for something are calledpsychological demands. There are always some different psychological demands of peopleget together in the society organizations due to the constraints of the social environment andliving conditions, which will always appear various contradictions and conflicts within theorganization. Such contradictions and conflicts caused by different psychological demandsperform more obvious in private enterprises; the difference of psychological demandsbetween business owners and employees is the most import reason which brings about thetense labor relations. When the differences of those psychological demands become intocorporate behavior, it will form a delay or even prejudice barriers to business growth.The purpose of this dissertation is to explore psychological demands of business ownersand employees in private enterprise in order to find the differences and the caused reasons,and then propose an effective way to guide the convergence of both sides so as to implementHumanistic Management. First of all, this dissertation tries to explore the relationshipbetween Corporate Life Cycle Model and Entrepreneur Life Cycle Model; this dissertationtries to theoretical innovation through the research of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Need and thepsychological theory of motivation in order to define the concept and connotation ofpsychological demands. Secondly, according to the classifications of the private businessowners and employees, making an level analysis of heart demands between the privatebusiness owners and the general employees’ psychological demands in the process of businessgrowth, and then investigating the main factor that affects psychological demands of businessowners and employees, and then built Hierarchical of Private Enterprises’ Psychological DemandsModel and Hierarchical of Psychological Demands Trend Model of different types ofemployees. Thirdly, combining with the cause of the psychological demands differencesbetween private business owners and employee, the countermeasures are proposed to narrowthe differences. Finally, according to the results of this study, it comes to a conclusion:psychological demands of private business owners and employee tending to consistent canpromote sustainable growth of enterprises.
