The scientific and reasonable human resource system is the core of the development of fast-growing private enterprises.At present,the development of the private enterprises in our country a plodder.The main reason is that the company management system and operating system is not mature.The development of private enterprises is rapid,and the specialized human resources system must be established as a support.Most of the fast-growing private enterprises are still stuck in the traditional human resource management.At the current stage,with the continuous expansion of the enterprise scale and the increasing number of personnel,a scientific and reasonable human resource system should be established to enable the human resource to play its professional functions.Human resources will become a huge obstacle to the further development of fast-growing private enterprises,so it is particularly urgent to study and solve the problem of human resources of fast-growing private enterprises.Based on this,this paper chooses ZLTR,a rapidly growing private enterprise,as the research object.ZLTR's human resource management has problems such as outdated human resource management mode,imperfect company recruitment system,lack of training system and large liquidity of company personnel.A questionnaire survey and an interview were conducted among 56 employees of ZLTR company to deeply investigate and analyze the existing problems in human resource management of ZLTR company and propose corresponding counter measures.
