With the speed of China’s economic slowed down,and the competition amongenterprises is more intense,the competition among enterprises is the talent competition.Therefore,the study of the impact of employees’ psychological capital on employeeperformance,developing and training the staff psychological capital haves importanttheoretical value and practical value.On the basis of the previous studies,I am consulted with the tutor and combined myinternship experiences. Psychological capital divides into four dimensions: such asself-efficacy,hope,optimism,tenacity: Job performance divides into task performance andcontextual performance.The research picks two large private enterprises in Tianjin,giving283questionnairesto the staff,and reclaimed265questionnaires. Removing the error and incompletequestionnaires,of which The valid questionnaires243,The efficiency of questionnaires are95%.Through the SPSS17.0statistical software descriptive statistical analysis,factoranalysis,regression analysis and correlation analysis found:(1) There are demographic differences in psychological capital. And the differentchanges between gender,age,education,work post,jobs and working lives.(2)Psychological capital has a significant positive effect on task performance,therefore self-efficacy,hope,tenacity has significant positive impact on task performance.Optimism has no significant positive impact on task performance.(3) Psychological capital has a significant positive impact on the relationshipperformance,but self-efficacy,hope,tenacity and optimism has significant positive impacton the relationship performance.(4)There are differences between relevance of psychological capital and jobperformance in age,position and Length of service. There is no difference in gender andqualifications.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following two aspects:(1)Topics. There are some studies on psychological capital at home and abroad,but privateenterprise as the research object to China’s unique cultural background researchpsychological capital and job performance relationship,this topic is not to be seen,soinnovative is topic.(2) Research Perspective.Previously,most of the theory at home and abroad for thepsychological capital of commonly, the empirical analysis workload for nurses, doctors,teachers,police and other groups with higher.On the basis of psychological capital theory,job performance,select private enterprises,targeted research private enterprise employees’ psychological capital and job performance,this study theory extended to applications.
