| With the rapid development of economy and accelerating urbanization, the city house demolition problems are more and more concerned. This is not only due to the "administrative demolition" and "violence demolition", the main reason is that the urban house demolition cares more about social people’s livelihood. Although administrative demolition system has already abolished, the case of violence relocates still happen from time to tome, ultimately it is because demolition refers to the interest-distribution of the government, developers and the demolished executive organizations, the balance of interests among them is the key to resolve the conflicts.In view of the above situation, in order to solve the conflicts and dissolve the demolition disputes, this paper tries to take a reference of the foreign outstanding city governance mode, with the urban governance theory, make the present interest-relationship of the relevant subjects as the breakthrough point, to guide our urban house demolition practice activities.The urban house demolition relationship mode the author tries to construct is public management mode, which forms on the mutually restriction and benefit equilibrium of the power among government, developers and citizens whose houses to be demolished. How to work? Who will promote cohabitation relationship? How to balance the interests of each subject after relations form is the main problem the article aims to solve. Therefore, after the introduction on the theory and analysis of the realistic background in the first two parts,the third part tries to strengthen the independent status of the party to be demolished in the whole demolition activities through building the modernize civil society. Through the dual equilibrium interactive civil society mode and the adjusting role of market price mechanism to promote the realization of the cohabitation relationship. |
