Research On Compensation For Rural House Demolition In Huzhou City

Rural house demolition compensation has become one of the key tasks of the grass-roots level with the scale expansion of the cities and towns,and the construction of the infrastructure such as the road,the railway has been increasing,land for industrial and commercial projects is also growing.How to solve the contradictions and problems in the process of rural housing demolition,which is the focus of the government and farmers,and it is also a hot issue in academic research on the premise of taking into account the interests of all parties.On the premise of fully understanding the background of rural house demolition compensation in Huzhou City,this paper discusses the significance of studying rural housing demolition compensation in Huzhou City.This paper systematically combs and summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,and expounds the core concepts of rural housing demolition,collective land,land retention and resettlement.By using the method of literature and research,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the relevant policies and provisions of the compensation for rural housing demolition in Huzhou City and the present situation of resettlement.It is found that at present,the compensation for rural housing demolition in Huzhou City is mainly monetary compensation,housing replacement and capitalization compensation.On the basis of five ways of relocation and resettlement and reconstruction in different places,this paper reveals the demolition of rural houses in Huzhou City.The problems existing in relocation compensation,that is,the procedure of demolition compensation is not transparent,the compensation standard of demolition is unreasonable,the implementation of compensation standard of demolition is not in place,the main body of demolition is chaotic and so on.The main reasons are that the legal system and compensation mechanism of demolition are not perfect,the legislative protection is not sufficient,and the compensation mechanism of special groups is absent.Based on the experience of rural housing demolition compensation at home and abroad,this paper analyzes two cases of Dawangjing Village in Beijing and Xianjia in Changsha,Hunan Province,and obtains the enlightenment of these experiences to Huzhou.From four aspects,this paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the compensation problem of rural housing demolition in Huzhou City,which is to improve the laws and regulations of demolition and compensation machine.System,formulate a reasonable standard of compensation for housing demolition,standardize the behavior of the main body of demolition,reasonable positioning and improvement of government functions.Through the above suggestions,I hope to provide useful reference for rural housing demolition compensation in Huzhou City and other areas of China.
