Organization Mode And Operationg Mechanism Of Common Technology Research And Development In Equipment Manufacturing Industry

Since2000, all the countries in the world in the field of technology competition increasingly anxious, science and technology of the first productivity becomes an enterprise, industry, or even a country’s survival. In many technologies, common technologies are more and more concerned by people.Common techniques are referred to in many fields has been or may in the future be widespread application, the research results can be shared and the one or more industries and enterprises have the depth of the impact of a kind of technology. Common technology in general is divided into three categories, namely, general technology, key technology and the general character technology. For three different types of generic technology in R&D member participation, organization mode, in advance investment results and benefit sharing aspects are different, and in the development process, in which the government role position also has difference. In general, the general technology by the National Institute of technology bears most of the research task, funded by the government of full funding or provide most of the money; the key common technologies generally take the special plan or non-governmental organization mode, capital investment and return in the form of the prior fixed; general technology mostly is enterprise or industry on its own R&D cooperation, government involvement rarely.For the study of industrial generic technology equipment manufacturing R&D organization construction and operation mechanism, China is still in the exploratory stage, only a lot of research in western developed countries the successful case to find the existing problems in the development of our future, and proposed solutions. Through the research, the organization mode should be chosen according to different types of industrial generic technology and its corresponding operation mechanism is given. Combined with the thought that our common technology platform based on the case studies, our country should perfect, perfect various forms, multi-level research and development organization of industrial generic technology development mode, so as to better realize the equipment manufacturing industry common technology, can make the most powerful strategic foundation for the revitalization of the old industrial base of the Northeast.
