The international shipping supply market competition is getting severer and severer. Therefore it becomes necessary for an enterprise to grasp fast-changing market opportunities not only by integrating its interior resources, but also its outer co-operation. What an enterprise must do is to extend its scope of resources from inside to outside, and optimize both the interior and the exterior resources on the basis of its core ability in order to acquire its collective competitive advantage in Marine spare parts provision and store supply.Facing the new competitive situation in logistics service sector after China's entry into the WTO, vast number of China's third party logistic enterprises must form alliances of certain types to compete in the market. This is their best choice if they want to effectively grasp opportunities in the logistic market under new situations. The common delivery mode becomes the irreversible trend in the logistic alliance's development because of its prominent advantages in every aspect.This dissertation mainly researches the common delivery of Marine spare parts provision and store supply. It includes the following chapters:Chapter 1 introduces the background and value of the research, the current research situation both at home and abroad, and the structure of this dissertation.Chapter 2 analyzes the connotation system of common delivery and company of Marine spare parts provision and store supply. It mainly includes the concept of common delivery, reasons of its formation, its attributes and its forms. It also includes the development trend of the common delivery and its service quality evaluation system.Chapter 3 analyzes the process of establishing a common delivery entrucking model. Because of the uncertainty of the vehicle traveling time, we proposed a distinctive concept fuzzy time window in solving the distribution VSP in transportation networks, we proposed simulation-annealing algorithm to solve the distribution VSP in Marine spare parts provision and store supply transportation networks, in the algorithm we make full use of the fact that the cost will be saved if referred two vehicles is collocated. And we emphasized importance of the rule generating random solution, in addition the other related rules of simulation-annealing algorithm are formulated one by one.
