These days, the probability of decline of the world economy is increasing, while the European Sovereign Debt Crisis continues and the United States suffers the credit rating cut. In this case, the transformation of China’s export-oriented economy is extremely urgent. We need to expand domestic consumption of country to achieve the goal of GDP’s growth7.5%with the downturn of the word economy. Compared with the ordinary consumption credit, the consumption credit of credit card offers a more flexible way of consumption credit. In this context, the thorough understanding of function and mechanism of the consumption credit of credit card, and the discussions about the influence factors of it, is very important to the reform of the financial system and the development of the credit card industry. So this reach has both theoretical significance and practical significance.The paper discussed about the influence factors of the consumption credit of credit card, which sets its base on the domestic and foreign relevant research results, combining with the development of credit card in China, using the method of quantitative analysis, comparative analysis and factor analysis, research in the influence factors of the consumption credit of credit card. First, the research reviews and summarizes the theory of credit card consumption credit; Second, the research to our current situation of the development of the credit card spending are described, and based on the foreign credit card consumption credit, the development of analysis of our credit card consumption credit development lag reason; Third, using the factor analysis method, from the credit card market inside and outside two Angle of view, this paper explores the effect on our country’s credit card consumption credit factors; On the basis of qualitative analysis, this study using a multiple linear regression method, the credit card hairpin scale, card environment, the marketing method and government regulation four factors on Chinese credit card consumption credit development impact of the empirical analysis to try. Research shows that, credit card hairpin scale and card environment and credit card consumption credit scale does exist positive correlation, and use the card and the environmental impact of bigger, the marketing method and government regulation on credit card consumption credit exist the influence of cannot be ignored.Research shows that:the credit cards scale and the environment of using credit cards have a positive relationship with the development of the consumer credit of credit card, and the environment of using cards is more important factor, that is to say, banks and other credit card issuers do not need to expand scale of credit card blindly, while improving the environment of using credit cards, like increasing the number of merchant adopting cards, do better; marketing means and government regulation on credit card consumption credit cannot be ignored. Finally, the article put forward proposals for the development of China’s credit card consumption credit, including:establish personal credit system, establish and improve the legal system of credit, strengthen credit card business support and management, the implementation of the credit card industry, independent management, implementation of credit card business of difference operation, improving the environment of using credit cards.
